Just few months ago I've decided to take some boxing lessons, so Shinny invited me to join his classes. Since I've tried the first time, I haven't stopped going. Training with Shinny is extremely motivating and exhilarating. He is capable to plan and coach me and all the other guys getting the best from our workouts. He is experienced, qualified and very friendly. I highly recommend Shinny's classes, try them and you won't be disappointed!

Its been a fantastic opportunity to train with Shinny, he's very easy to train with in a professional manner. I have gained some weight as well as muscles since working with Shinny, previously I had problems with this but within 3months of working with Shinny I managed to achieve what I couldn't do in years and that is gaining weight. I have been training with Shinny Bayaar since March 2011 on the recommendation of a friend. In that time I have seen a vast improvement in my general fitness and am reaching the goals that I have set myself. I find Shinny highly motivational and his classes very enjoyable. The classes are based around a 10min warm-up and then 10 number 3min rounds with 1 min rest in-between. Whilst the format stays the same, Shinny always varies the workouts keeping it interesting and enjoyable. With a continued growth in the size of the class, Shinny always manages to create an atmosphere where existing members and newcomers feel comfortable and involved; and is able to tailor the intensity to each member. I do and will continue to recommend Shinny to both family and friends.

I have found Shinny’s class very motivational and look forward to attending every week. Shinny’s style of instructing is dynamic and he is able to get the best out of people.
